Farewell Inuka

On April 25 2018, Singapore Zoo has euthanized Inuka the polar bear.  Inuka holds the distinction as the first polar bear to be born in the tropics and lived to a ripe old age of 27 years, which is equivalent to 70 somethings years in human years.  Inuka had recurring ear infections, an injured paw pad, arthritis and dental issues which did not improve at all after initial treatments and hence, the vets took the hard decision to euthanize him.

Children's Garden on D5300

Well, seems like I'm writing a series on Gardens by The Bay now....  This time around, instead of bringing a mirrorless I decided to use a DSLR to photograph the kids.  In my opinion, Nikon makes some of the best APS-C DSLR cameras.

Singapore Zoo Trip 2013

It's been quite a while since I last made an entry into my blog.  This time around it will be about a visit to the Singapore Zoo back in November 2013.

For this trip I equipped myself just with the Nikon D5100 and the AF-S 18-300mm F/3.5-5.6G ED VR.  Lincoln was very excited from the moment we arrived.  At the entrance we were greeted by this small cute fellow.

I really forgot the name of this little primate....
