Flippy February

February's ending with my 17th wedding anniversary.  Yeah, it's been that long...  But this month, this year, has been very eventful.  I'm starting to think that I could be a regular visitor to the A&E.  This month the staff at Raffles Hospital really got to know me very well.

Festive February

February has been a month of celebrations of sorts.  The first round of celebrations started with the Chinese New Year buffet lunch in office this month, which while not as good as previous year's but still sumptuous nonetheless.  Of course there was the Lo Hei (which I didn't join), the God of Fortune going around distributing fortune cookies and chocolate coins too.  But for me I was satisfied with just a good free lunch.

Lindsay's 4th Birthday

Just a few weeks back we celebrated Lindsay's 4th birthday.  My wife had arranged for a celebration in her school earlier which I did not attend.  So I only celebrated with her at home in the evening.

It was a small and intimate celebration for Lindsay.  My little girl is a year older now, naughtier for sure....  but lovely as always.

Happy birthday my little lovely angel...

Lindsay's 3rd Birthday

Lindsay turned 3 last month.  It was quite a simple celebration.  My wife had arranged for a small party at her playgroup class and ordered a special Hello Kitty themed cake.

When Lindsay turned one

When Lindsay was about to celebrate her 1st birthday my wife had to urgently leave for Jakarta; her grandfather was hospitalized after a critical fall.  Timing couldn't be worse....  But since it was Lindsay's first birthday, I wanted to make sure that she should have it celebrated, no way she should miss it.

So on the actual day we had a simple celebration for Lindsay.  I got a cake and my mom did the cooking while my sister did the decoration.  My brother... well.... He ate the food and sang with the rest of us...
