Last Saturday me, my wife and the kids went to see the circus at Marina Bay Sands, the circus show is called Circus 1903. For the kids it was the first time they watched a circus while for me and my wife, circus nowadays is nothing like when we were kids.

Circus 1903 was entertaining, the acrobatics were not bad at all, the contortionist was mind boggling and the ringmaster, a real entertainer. Witnessing such performances in person is very different from watching them on TV. You could feel the suspense when the performers were doing their stuffs, even being led by the ringmaster as he orchestrated a show involving the kids from the audience.
Lincoln was very excited and really enjoyed the performances while Lindsay still couldn't appreciate it yet. In fact she slept through half of the first part.

| The ringmaster said a 200 pound man eating chicken will come out, we expected a comma after the word "pound" which actually comes after "man"; such a comedian |
After the intermission, I really enjoyed the tight rope walking performance, it was the perfect way to start the 2nd part of the show.

There were no live animal performances but there were two elephant puppets masterly puppeteered moving like real elephants.

And... the circus ended in 2 hours with a final performance that was quite befitting of a finale. Here's a short clip of the wrap up.
Next time the Circus' in town, don't forget to catch them for a good quality time for the family. Here's a closing photo for this short entry:
