Batam Life - Part 5

Part 5 will be the last entry of my Batam Life series, this post consists of random shots of Batam.

I didn't really use my main cameras at most times, just used whatever handphone was in the pocket at that time.

Nagoya Hill Food Street - LG G3
No matter what, Nagoya Hill is the most popular, most complete and most convenient mall in Batam.  More often than not I would find myself there for a meal, for a movie, or to get DIY stuffs.

But for groceries, I always dropped by Top 100 Penuin.  The prices here are a lot more reasonable compared to the likes of Hypermart & Carrefour.  But sometimes when these two chains have promotions for certain brands, their price for that particular brand could be cheaper.  So it's really up to us to keep watch who would give the better offer.

Batam is quite well known for counterfeit stuffs too, especially branded bags, accessories and apparel imported from China.  Sometimes the copy job could be botched too, either purposely or by accident.

Care for a "Hermes"?  Oops... that's a "Hemres"... - Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8

And in true photography style, I'll close this post with a photo of my son playing with my Yashica Electro GSN.
